Local Arrangements

Conference Facility:

The conference will take place on the campus of the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington Virginia. The preceding tutorial will also take place at VMI. The social on Tuesday and the banquet on Wednesday evening are planned for the Lounge of the VMI Alumni facility, Moody Hall.

Travel to the VMI:

Directions to VMI are available on VMI web site. The airport servicing Lexington is Roanoke, a little less than an hour south of Lexington.

Parking:

Parking will be available around the parade grounds, weather permitting on the parade grounds, or behind the Marshall Museum.

Lodging:

The conference has made arrangements with three area hotels. A limited number of rooms have been set aside at each hotel. They are similar distances from VMI.
